Media Advisory - Swimming Canada unveils Senior National Team at the Canada Cup Opening night in Toronto

    "The honourable Minister Best to take part in special ceremony for
    World Record Performances in the pool"

TORONTO, Nov. 24 /CNW Telbec/ - On Friday November 27th, Swimming Canada will be unveiling its 2009-10 Senior National Swim Team moments before the opening night of the Canada Cup of swimming at the Etobicoke Olympium. A first for Canadian swimming, this standing national team will include the best swimmers in each Olympic event.

In addition, the honourable Minister Best will take part in a special presentation to twelve swimmers who have set a total of seven World Records in the pool this past season.
