BURNABY, BC, May 21 /CNW/ - Nicer Canada Corp. (TSX-V: NC) ("Nicer" or
the "Company") today reported on the year ahead after recapping its results
for the period ending December 31st 2007 for which the Company recently filed
its financial statements and management's discussion and analysis, viewable on

    Sales $ 526,122 $ 492,997 $ 492,455

    Loss Per Share $ (0.02) $ (0.02) $ (0.03)

The Company's net loss for the year grew by $523,342 over 2006, driven in
large part by pursuing the Merger & Acquisition of JMIT, a private IT company
in China; in addition to continued investment in IP-based product research and
development. Product development has moved the Company's profit margins higher
resulting in gross profit almost doubling since the end of 2005.
One of the product platforms that Nicer is aggressively expanding upon is
its Smart Home/Business projects. Early in 2007, Nicer signed an exclusive
contract with Mass Creative and Proyon Development Co. Ltd., to provide them
with the software and technology for their Smart Home and Smart Business
project. Mass Creative is an architect and interior design company and Proyon
Development is a construction company; both located in Taiwan. Over the last
several months, Nicer, Mass Creative and Proyon Development have been working
hard on advancing the software design to support the monitoring, interactivity
and independent features interconnected in a "smart" home and business. Later
this year, these smart homes and businesses should be launched in Taiwan's
marketplace for purchase.
President and CEO Paul Chen explained, "The Smart Home/Business projects
aim to bring the sci-fi conveniences of the future into the hands of consumers
today. Nicer's involvement in the launch of this technology and line of
products should prove to set Nicer apart in the field of IP innovators."
Meanwhile, Nicer's operations continue to bring practical solutions to
customers and open new persistent revenue streams with each new contract
signed. For example, in November 2007 Nicer signed a three-year contract with
Stormtech Performance Apparel, an existing customer employing Nicer's VoIP
solutions to connect its Vancouver and Brampton offices making it possible for
the Vancouver-based call supervisor to monitor simultaneously the operations
in both locations. This solution enhances quality control and saves money for
Stormtech. Recently, Nicer provided Stormtech with a private fiber loop that
permits transmission of all corporate data through an intranet connection
which generates even more cost savings for Stormtech and adds recurring
revenue for Nicer in the form of monthly service fees. The combination of VoIP
products working together creates a true real-time convergence network for
Stormtech's communications across Canada.
Another example of Nicer's new product solutions benefiting operations
for existing clients, and building upon its solid customer loyalty and
retention, is in the case of Mainland Sand & Gravel Ltd. A Nicer customer
since 1999, Nicer has helped Mainland by providing them with many real-time
solutions to manage its business, from their day-to-day computer and
communication network operations to centralizing network computing. Mainland
has implemented Nicer's tracking solution to monitor and coordinate trucking
shipments inside and outside the quarries in real-time to improve site
efficiency and customer service.
To all of the Company's shareholders, the board of directors and
management of Nicer Canada Corp. extended their gratitude for their continuing
support and their commitment to responsibly propel the Company forward.
