Fluid Music Canada's Trusonic(R) Chosen to Provide Background Music and Messaging to Planet Fitness


    LA JOLLA, Calif., July 16 /CNW/ -- Fluid Music Canada's Trusonic, Inc.
(TSX: FMN) a leading provider of Internet-delivered music and messaging
services to the retail and hospitality sectors, today announced that Planet
Fitness, a leading health club chain, has chosen Trusonic to provide it with a
custom background music and messaging solution.

    Trusonic's music program for Planet Fitness incorporates both major label
and Trusonic artists, and will be used in all 264 of its corporate and
franchised locations throughout the United States.

    About Planet Fitness

    The inspiration for Planet Fitness goes back to 1992, when our CEO,
Michael Grondahl, acquired a financially struggling gym in Dover, N.H., and
sharply reduced prices to try to compete against better-financed and
better-known brands. The impact was immediate. Membership sales took off, and
Michael's brother, Marc Grondahl, soon joined the business, followed by Chris
