Exchange Industrial Income Fund Announces April 2009 Distribution

    WINNIPEG, April 17 /CNW/ - Mr. Mike Pyle, President and Chief Executive
Officer of Exchange Industrial Income Fund (the "Fund"), is pleased to
announce that the Trustees of the Fund have declared a cash distribution of
$0.13 per unit for the month ended April 30, 2009, payable May 15, 2009, to
unitholders of record at the close of business on April 30, 2009.
