Organization Profile
The Company was incorporated under the Canada business Corporations Act by articles of incorporation dated April 2, 1976.
The Company is primarily engaged in the exploration of mining properties with a view to commercial production. It currently owns or holds interests in various mining properties in Quebec but does not have any mines in production.
In 2009, the company concentrated its activities on the Belleterre project and also on its oil and gas properties in the area of Lac St-Jean, Charlevoix and Témiscouata.
