Founded in 1972, Lise Watier Cosmétiques, one of the industry leaders in Canada, specializes in the production and distribution of selective cosmetics, skin care and fine fragrances. The company, which is headquartered in Montreal, employs more than 150 people and distributes its products in more than 1,300 sales outlets throughout Canada. The investment firm Imperial Capital Corporation has held an equity investment in the Lise Watier Cosmétiques company since March 2007.
