Yellowhead Mining Inc. (YMI) was formed in 2005 as a private British Columbia company, specifically to acquire, explore and, if feasible, develop the Harper Creek Project. YMI was listed as a public company on the TSX Venture Exchange in November 2010, and graduated to the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) on
June 11, 2012. 

YMI’s Harper Creek Project is a copper-gold-silver volcanogenic sulphide deposit located in the Thompson-Nicola region of south-central British Columbia, Canada, approximately 150 kilometers by highway north of Kamloops. An updated Feasibility Study was issued in August 2014, which showed an after-tax NPV8 US$355 million with an IRR of 13.4% based on long-term metal price projections of US$3.00/lb Cu, US$1,250/oz Au and US$20/oz Ag, and a US$:Cdn$ exchange rate of 0.90:1. The Feasibility Study demonstrated a 28 year project life at a nominal milling rate of 70,000 tpd (25.55Mt/y). YMI has a 100% interest in the Harper Creek Project. YMI submitted an application for an Environmental Assessment Certificate for the Harper Creek Project to the British Columbia Environmental Assessment Office ("EAO") for screening in November 2014. The Company's development strategy is to engineer, permit, finance, construct and operate the Harper Creek Project.
